Update Your Unit Representative Information
To update your OA Unit Representative information start by entering your unit number. Then enter your
unit representative, and/or his adviser's, name and date term of office expiration date, if known.
Lastly, enter your name and email address so we can contact with you if there are any questions.
Click the SUBMIT button and the information will be emailed to the Lodge Unit Relations coordinators.
A copy of the email will also be sent to you. The Lodge Unit Relations coordinators will verify the
data and will update your unit's records to reflect the information you have provided.
