First Section C-7 and last Section NC-4 Conclave.
The Areas/Sections were re-aligned on July 1, 1993. The old Sections were allowed
to have their conclaves that were already planned. The patch was ordered with C-7 on it but
all the NC-4 Lodges were in attendance (including Sioux Falls, who was only in NC-4
for about 5 months). The C-7 lodges did not all participate until 1994.
