First Section NC-4A Conclave.
The officers for this conclave where divided between the old NC-2A and NC-2B.
Craig Tubbs was the chief for NC-2A and Dave Hunt was the chief of NC-2B.
Craig was appointed the Chief for the NC-4A conclave with Dave Hunt being
appointed the Vice-Chief.
Honored guest was Bill Downs, National Executive Secretary.
